Bitfinex has launched Version 7.2.0 of its mobile application, showcasing a new Fast Pay widget, numerous enhancements, and bug fixes aimed at improving the user experience.
Bitfinex has released Version 7.2.0 of its mobile application, featuring a collection of updates and enhancements designed to improve user experience. This update proudly introduces the Fast Pay mobile app widget, as detailed on blog.bitfinex.com.
New Features
The standout feature of this update is the launch of the Fast Pay widget, which streamlines and accelerates payment processes within the application. This new addition is anticipated to improve the app’s performance and offer users a more fluid interaction.
Improvements
This update also includes multiple enhancements, such as widget reset capabilities and the elimination of onboarding screens to ease user navigation. Furthermore, new token icons for HMSTR, MANEKI, and EIGEN have been introduced, along with a POLM icon complementing the existing MATIC icon. Users can now synchronize their chart preferences from the web platform to the mobile app for a consistent experience across devices. Updates to the AAVE icon and the introduction of a new Lugano map elevate the app’s aesthetic and functional quality.
Bug Fixes
In this release, Bitfinex has resolved a variety of bugs, correcting issues that impacted user experience. Fixes include tackling the hanging balance step during the app tour, rectifying the email login tab, and fixing problems associated with wallet orders and currency searching functionalities. The update also addresses errors with Fast Pay currency labels, borrow currency types, and balance display inconsistencies. Additional corrections tackle visual discrepancies, such as incorrect background colors and payment button labels, as well as an issue with a cropped PnL image on Android devices.
Bitfinex invites users to download the newest version of the app and share their feedback via reviews or by participating in the Bitfinex mobile user app survey.
