Trader Predicts Solana (SOL) Will Hit New Highs, GOAT Update

A well-known cryptocurrency analyst and trader is optimistic about a prominent Ethereum (ETH) competitor while detailing the future of the Goatseus Maximus (GOAT) memecoin.

Beginning with the Ethereum competitor, the analyst who goes by the pseudonym Sherpa informs his 228,300 followers on platform X that Solana (SOL) is poised for a significant increase due to strong network activity.

“SOL: this one is clearly headed to break all-time highs, which is expected given the on-chain activities observed in the past two weeks.”

At the time of writing, Solana is priced at $174 and needs to climb over 49% to exceed its all-time high of $260 recorded in November 2021.

Shifting focus to GOAT, the anonymous analyst forecasts that the memecoin, which has skyrocketed approximately 15x in a matter of weeks, will achieve a fully diluted valuation of $1 billion, representing an increase of about 50% from the current $667.8 million.

Sherpa suggests that GOAT will be “an interesting one to observe” following the launch of the memecoin’s perpetual contract on Binance earlier this week.

“If you entered this earlier, I believe it would be wise to take some profits with the Binance futures listing. This will likely introduce significant volatility, and there are many unknown factors involved.”

Currently, GOAT trades at $0.694.
