Tech mogul Elon Musk and Coinbase’s CEO Brian Armstrong have rallied behind crypto advocate John Deaton as he competes against Elizabeth Warren for a Senate position.
The Coinbase CEO expressed his support in an Oct. 21 post on X, urging Massachusetts voters to back Republican Deaton, to which Musk responded with a simple tweet saying, “Yes.”

In his statements on X, Armstrong accused Democrat Warren of being key in the appointment of current US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chair Gary Gensler, further implying that she inspired him to “(illegally) attempt to crush the crypto sector.”

Armstrong later remarked that Warren “is anti-freedom” and believes that “the government should control all financial services.” He wrapped up his post by condemning Warren for the “significant” damage she has caused to the country.
Elon Musk Endorses Trump to Defend Free Speech
Additionally, Musk has publicly supported former US President Donald Trump at a recent rally. This comes in light of Trump’s positive assertions regarding the cryptocurrency space, including his promise to make America “the crypto capital of the world” if he regains the presidency.

During his speech at Trump’s rally, Musk asserted that Democrats aim to remove Americans’ freedom of speech, along with their rights to bear arms and to vote.
Following Musk’s endorsement of Trump, the former president’s odds on Polymarket increased, with bettors currently estimating a 64.1% likelihood of his victory in the election. Conversely, Harris is perceived to have a 36.2% chance of winning the presidency.
