We are thrilled to share the launch of Extended RPC Methods! These methods provide decoded, human-readable cryptocurrency data through RPC-style access!

Unveiling Extended RPC Methods

Web3 initiatives require comprehensive insights into wallets, ERC-20 tokens, and NFTs. Traditionally, retrieving detailed data has been a lengthy and complex task. Our Extended RPC Methods simplify this, offering detailed, decoded information with just one call.

Challenge

When working with RPC nodes, developers often need to make multiple calls to different sources to gather wallet balances, ERC-20 metadata, token prices, and other essential data. This approach can be both slow and resource-draining.

Resolution

To overcome this issue, we are excited to introduce our Extended RPC Methods, enhancing our node solution by integrating Moralis’ API capabilities. This drastically eases the process of querying decoded, human-readable cryptocurrency data via RPC-style calls.

Overview of Extended RPC Methods

  • eth_getTransactions: Retrieve native transactions based on wallet address.
  • eth_getDecodedTransactions: Access wallet history using wallet address.
  • eth_getTokenBalances: Obtain ERC-20 token balances for a specific wallet.
  • eth_getTokenPrice: Get the prices of ERC-20 tokens using their address.
  • eth_getTokenMetadata: Retrieve ERC-20 token metadata via token address.
  • eth_getNFTBalances: Gather NFTs associated with a wallet address.
  • eth_getNFTCollections: Access NFT collections linked to a wallet address.

Use Cases & Advantages

  • Token Balances: Retrieve token balances seamlessly using RPC methods.
  • Transaction Histories: Gain access to transaction histories for wallets.
  • Token Prices: Obtain real-time token prices directly from DEXs.

Discover Extended RPC Methods

Harness the guidance and power of our new Extended RPC Methods. Optimize your development workflow to build Web3 applications more quickly and efficiently.
