Manta Network Unveils Expedition to Earn MANTA Rewards

In a thrilling update for decentralized finance fans, Manta Network has revealed the Manta Expedition, an innovative initiative aimed at encouraging users to earn MANTA rewards. Manta Network invites participants to undertake a series of quests across over ten DeFi protocols in its ecosystem.

Join the Expedition

The Manta Expedition officially kicked off on October 23, 2024, and will continue until January 23, 2025. Participants can link their wallets, monitor their points, and partake in various activities to boost their scores. Each completed quest is marked with a green tick, and points are refreshed daily at 00:00 UTC.

Three-Tiered Reward System

The expedition is organized into three tiers: Departure, Settlement, and Building—each providing distinct pathways for accruing points and rewards.

Tier 3: Departure

Participants commence at the Departure tier, where bridging a minimum of $10 of ETH from Ethereum or other L2s to Manta Pacific is required. Users earn daily points for holding these assets, starting with 100 points per day for every $10 bridged. Recommended bridging platforms include Orbiter Finance and Owlto Finance.

Tier 2: Settlement

The Settlement tier necessitates the deposit or swap of bridged assets. Completing quests in this tier grants a 2x Points Multiplier on the base points for each $10 of STONE, wUSDM, or mTokens held. Important activities involve joining Manta CeDeFi and maintaining holdings of STONE or wUSDM. DEXes like QuickSwap and Oku Trade are suggested for obtaining these tokens.

Tier 1: Building

In the Building tier, users can enhance their involvement by providing liquidity using STONE, wUSDM, or mTokens across a range of DeFi protocols on Manta Pacific. The length of time assets are held increases the Points Multiplier, offering greater rewards for longer liquidity commitments.

Converting Points to MANTA Rewards

At the end of the Manta Expedition, the total points accumulated will be converted into MANTA rewards, motivating participants to enhance their involvement throughout the expedition duration.
