This year’s Devcon holds a unique significance. Over the past three years, we’ve reimagined the event based on insights gained from previous Devcons and the experiences of organizing during the pandemic. Devcon VI actively engaged the community through Community Hubs and Devcon Improvement Proposals (DIPs), features a Public Goods Supporters Program as an innovative replacement for the traditional sponsorship model, and will present Impact Booths in Bogotá.
Impact Booths
Today, we are excited to present our Impact teams.
In previous years, booths were typically available only to well-funded teams that could afford sponsorship packages. This year, we have set aside booths for teams making significant contributions to the Ethereum ecosystem, regardless of their financial resources.
At Devcon VI, Impact Booths will showcase client teams, those enhancing Ethereum’s infrastructure, public goods initiatives, roll-up projects, and other chosen high-impact ventures.
Devcon VI Impact teams include:
Arbitrum, Aztec, Battlezips, BuidlGuild, dApp Learning DAO, Dappnode, Devfolio, Ethereum Name Service (ENS), Ethereum Protocol Fellowship (EPF), Ecosystem Support Program (ESP), EthereumOnArm, ethdotorg, ethstaker, Formal Verification, Gitcoin DAO, ITU Blockchain, L2BEAT, Lodestar, Nethermind, Nimbus, Optimism, Polygon, Prism, Protocol Guild, Remix, Scroll, Sigma Prime, Snake Charmers, Solidity, Sourcify, Starknet, Stereum, and TrueFi.
Devcon Supporters Program
The Devcon Supporters Program acknowledges recent contributors to Ethereum-related public goods.
Prominent stakeholders from various industries have shown overwhelming support for Ethereum.
This program was introduced as a substitute for conventional sponsorship, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to the teams that participated for their contributions to the ETHColombia Quadratic Funding Round @ Devcon, as well as to Gitcoin, CLR.Fund’s open grants, and the Protocol Guild (which supports essential Ethereum research and development).
We deeply appreciate the teams and DAOs that participated in our inaugural Supporter Program, even without the customary benefits expected from sponsors, such as reserved seating, branding possibilities, speaker opportunities, named event areas, and other traditional sponsorship perks. The Ethereum Foundation is also proud to contribute to these initiatives.
We are thrilled to announce the participants of the Devcon Supporter Program today.
