Huddle01 is the first Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN) for real-time communication or audio and video conferencing. The platform optimizes unused internet bandwidth through node operators, facilitating smooth audio-video interactions via its advanced decentralized network.

Since its launch, Huddle01 has successfully hosted over 7 million minutes of meetings across in excess of 100,000 events. By expanding the number of nodes in the network, Huddle01 aims to enhance connectivity in important emerging markets and offer node license purchasers the chance to own a stake in the Huddle01 dRTC Network while earning rewards.

Logical DePIN: Nodes enhance latency

Huddle01 Media Nodes – the fundamental building blocks of Huddle01’s dRTC network – supply the required bandwidth for encoding, decoding, and routing audio/video packets, ensuring uninterrupted communication worldwide.

In contrast to most DePINs, Huddle01’s foundation is demand-driven, tackling the significant operational costs and geographic latency problems of centralized RTC networks, thereby addressing genuine consumer needs.

By decreasing dependence on centralized data centers, Huddle01 reduces developers’ server expenses for audio and video calls by as much as 95% compared to AWS, making high-performance communication less costly.

Node Sale Overview

The node sale will provide 46,900 Huddle Media Nodes, starting at $320 each, divided into two phases.

Node Sale Structure

• A total of 46,900 Huddle01 Media Nodes will be available, with initial pricing set at $320. Of these, 20,000 Media Nodes will be available for purchase during Phase 1.
• The minimum requirement for operating the node is a ~250 Mbps Internet connection; however, buyers can delegate node operations to lower expenses.
• Participants in the sale will receive an NFT key after purchase, which can be used to run or delegate a Node.

The Node Sale will occur in 2 Phases

• Phase 1: 20,000 nodes will be sold in November through a Whitelist Sale and a Public Sale.
• Participants in Phase 1 will be eligible for greater returns than those in Phase 2 due to the lower prices in early tiers.
• Whitelist Window: October 24th – November 4th.
• Whitelist sale opens on November 6th: Opportunities for early tiers with exclusive spots for partners and community members.
• Public Sale starts on November 8th: Accessible to everyone.

Rewards for Huddle01 Media Nodes

• The Incentivized Testnet for Huddle01 will commence two weeks following the sale’s conclusion.
• This bootstrapping initiative will operate for 6 months, with all active Node Key holders receiving 5 $HUDL/Day, totaling 21% of Huddle01’s TGE supply.
• A total of 40M $HUDL will be distributed as rewards to active nodes during the testnet phase, with immediate vesting and 5% available at TGE.
• The total TGE supply will be 200M $HUDL.

Participation Steps for Huddle01 Whitelist

To participate in the sale, users must log in and connect their wallets to verify their Tier Eligibility. The platform will assess your on-chain activity and community engagement to assign you the highest eligible tier. Interested participants can also join Huddle01’s Discord and engage in flash quests to upgrade to earlier tiers.

During the Whitelist Sale, users can acquire node keys from their designated tier; however, being whitelisted does not guarantee a purchase, as sales will follow a first-come, first-served model.
