The popular tap-to-earn Telegram mini-game Hamster Kombat has revealed that its HMSTR token will be available on Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world.
Along with its listing, investors can engage in a Binance Launchpool and Super Earn initiative associated with HMSTR, as indicated by the project’s team in a September 12 post on X.
The Hamster Kombat team allocated 3 billion tokens, accounting for 3% of the total supply, to serve as rewards for the Binance Launchpool.
Prominent Exchange Platforms Set To Embrace HMSTR
Binance isn’t the only top-tier exchange prepared to welcome HMSTR. On September 11, Hamster Kombat’s team revealed that Bitget will also list the cryptocurrency. ByBit and OKX will introduce trading pairs for the gaming token as well.
The campaign on Binance is scheduled to take place from September 19 leading up to the token’s launch on September 26. Binance customers in legally allowed regions will be able to stake Binance Coin (BNB) and the FDUSD stablecoin in the HMSTR rewards initiative. Unfortunately, users based in the US won’t be able to participate.
Hamster Kombat Airdrop May “Overload” The TON Blockchain
Expected to debut on The Open Network (TON) later this month, HMSTR has a total supply of 100 billion tokens. The Hamster Kombat team announced earlier this year their intention to airdrop 60% of the total supply to eligible claimants.
If this plan proceeds as stated, the airdrop could potentially be among the largest in cryptocurrency history, with 60 billion tokens being distributed among 300 million participants.
Due to the massive scale of the HMSTR airdrop, there are growing concerns that the TON blockchain may lack the computational capacity to effectively manage this event. This apprehension arises after the network experienced two brief outages during the DOGS airdrop.
Dear CEOs,
We’ve received a lot of comments about the new Playground section, and we want to address them.
First things first: Participation in various activities will impact the amount of tokens received in the upcoming airdrop, not the fact of distribution itself – all…

Earlier this year, the Hamster Kombat team delayed the airdrop, categorizing the token distribution as a “complex technical task” for all involved platforms. The team also cautioned about a potential “overload” for the networks facilitating the airdrop.
