FET Community to Decide on CUDOS Joining ASI Alliance Soon

The CUDOS token may soon become part of the Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) Alliance, pending a vote from the community.

This incorporation would enhance scalable computing within the ASI Alliance, decentralizing the infrastructure to promote efficiency and mitigate constraints, security risks, and other potential dangers.

CUDOS Aims for Entry into Artificial Superintelligence Alliance

The FET community will deliberate on the proposal from September 19 to 24, marking a pivotal decision that could broaden the ASI Alliance from three to four initiatives. This offers a rare chance to create a robust, vertically integrated decentralized AI technology ecosystem.

“The Artificial Superintelligence Alliance, a newly established coalition comprising SingularityNET, Fetch.ai, and Ocean Protocol, has announced the potential inclusion of CUDOS, a frontrunner in distributed AI computing, as its latest member, contingent upon community voting,” the announcement made on Wednesday stated.

The press release indicates that this initiative is part of the ASI Alliance’s strategy to enhance its computing capabilities and lessen dependence on centralized services like Amazon (AWS). Indeed, CUDOS is well-positioned to contribute in this regard through its involvement in the Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN) sector.

CUDOS harnesses decentralized technology to deliver powerful, scalable, and cost-effective computing resources, providing innovative solutions for AI-driven ventures.

Cudos founder Matt Hawkins pointed out that its sophisticated graphic processing units (GPUs) could greatly bolster AI processing capabilities within the alliance.

Earlier this year, Fetch.ai and Singularity.NET collectively invested $153 million in GPU technology. This investment laid the groundwork for the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance’s objective—delivering the computational power necessary for extensive AI and machine learning initiatives. The inclusion of Cudos’ global distributed computing network would bring more advanced AI GPUs into play.

This collaboration could facilitate product advancements for the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance and amplify the utility of the FET token, supporting the overarching goal of achieving Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Artificial Superintelligence (ASI).
